Founded in the fall of 1994, the Roc Havre Dance Ensemble performed European court dances of the fifteenth, sixteenth and seventeenth centuries--galliards, basse dances, pavannes, Branles, country dances, and Italian balli. When performing, the ensemble members wore authentic, colorful costumes of the period.
The Roc Havre Dance Ensemble ceased to perform when the artistic directors
moved out of the Kingdom.
